Amanda Feinstein 

Hey there, I'm Amanda Feinstein, and I've been immersed in the world of Vinyasa Yoga for over 13 years, with a deep dive into Yin Yoga for the past 5 years. The journey of certifying 200 teachers through my 200-hour yoga teacher training program has been truly fulfilling. Transitioning the Yin teacher training to a virtual platform after 5 successful years in-person is an exciting step! This practice has been life changing for me, teaching me the value of balancing the yin and yang in everything. I can't wait to share this transformative experience with you! I hope it will inspire you on and off the mat!
